Convenient central location near bars, the river, shopping areas, and public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants and the city center.

It was perfectly located, where a massive pedestrianized public square is easily reachable.

Marvellous and fantastic location, stylish apartment with air con, bathroom, for instance. Amazing food and quiet atmosphere. Perfectly positioned in a shopping area. Excellent service, parking nearby. Friendliness of the staff.

The staff is always friendly and provides free wake-up calls and ironing services, and the location is convenient for walking around.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the Soame River and the foot bridge to Fouviere district but also in the heart of Presqu'ile Lyon. We travelled by metro from Gare Lyon and had about a 10 minute walk from metro station Bellecour. Even better we had a one bedroom apartment for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. It was roomy, contained a mini-kitchen in the hallway that included a two burner stove, small fridge, micro wave and mini-dishwasher. The toilet was separate from the the tub/shower and sink. Big closets in the bedroom and and entrance hallway. Two portable fans. I slept on the pullout couch (not a folding bed) and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Actually more comfortable that the foldout hide-a-bed at the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow. In the main bathroom there was a telescoping clothes rack. We had a table and three chairs in the living room. TV's in the bedroom and living room. Sunday the public market was open, along the Soame River. We bought bread, cheese, fruit, wine, dessert and a freshly barbecued hot chicken and had the most wonderful relaxing brunch in our living room. The hotel also has laundry facilities that you can use for the cost of 9 euros. This was our favourite hotel of our 2 week trip. Did I mention just outside the hotel, amongst the winding streets were 50 plus sidewalk restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We didn't make use of their pay buffet breakfast because there were more charming and affordable options within 5 minutes walk.

Citadines hotel was a great location for visitors to Lyon. It is surrounded by great restaurants and is close to public transport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The modern room with a kitchenette was well-arranged, equipped with an electric kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator. the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from Bellecour Square.

Lyon is an amazing city. The apartment was in a great location in terms of the shopping district, the sites and there are two underground stops not far away. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

There were mosquitos, which was awful!Make sure to come with anti-mosquito sprays. Also the apartment looks over a very busy and very noisy bar/pub area which made it really difficult to sleep.Though the windows are doubleglazed etc. In Summer, I could imagine it being unbearably warm.

The location is excellent. It is very convenient to access centre of the city, shopping mall and visiting places. The rooms are clean. And the staffs are kind.

The appartement for 4 persons is little bit small. One of the double beds is not easy to use.

The hotel was fabulous and ideal. The staff were amazingly nice. Appreciated the magnificent location near Old Lyon. My studio suite was functional and stylish with twin beds. Superb location in the heart of Lyons. Clean apartment, with plenty of room four two couples, friendly and helpful staff. A very good bargain !

Only the location is great forget anything else with this hotel..

old room, once in a week cleaning, extremely slow elevators, sofa bed is not convenient pay attention when choosing

The rooms were nice and perfectly clean, and I enjoyed visiting the English bar and trying their hot drinks.

Well situated in the centre of the 2 rivers and a short walk to the Old City. A 1 bedroom room apartment is spacious and affords relaxation space.

The hotel is a little tired but still good value. There seem to be a lot of 'regular' guests accommodated not vacationers.

We liked the location of this hotel - right beside the river and near lots of lovely restaurants. We stayed one night and the apartment suited our family of five as a stop over on way to the South of France.

The underground hotel car park - is not suitable if you have a roof box on your car. We had to find street parking. I think this should be highlighted in the hotel facility description.
